Ann Landers advice column about dining with a dog and teen issues
A reader asks whether hosting a 50 pound dog at dinner obligates the host to apologize after a family dispute. Ann Landers says the dog’s presence is a family choice, not the host’s fault, and the relatives should not pressure an apology. The column also warns a husband whose wife suspectively vents perfume at work about fidelity to seek professional help. A teen writes about a 41 year old father limiting dancing in the dark. Landers rebukes the age gap in a family party context and discourages underage partying and smoking, urging mature judgment.
