Radioactive Waste Site Near Beatty To Undergo Probe

A disposal site 11 miles south of Beatty Nevada was closed by the State Department of Human Resources for an investigation after em ployees reported others removing radioactive material. The 16 acre plant operated by Nuclear Engineering Company of Louisville Kentucky will be searched for missing material while shippers are notified of the suspension.
