New City Hall Completion Set April 30
Henderson officials project completion of the new city hall on Water Street around April 30. Public Works Director George Perkins notes the steel frame is nearly finished, followed by dry walls, tile, electrical fixtures, and air conditioning. Costs run about $250,000 with $50,000 more available for groundwork and landscaping. The Sierra Construction Co of Las Vegas handles the work.
