LV Owned Plane Burns After Crash
A Las Vegas dentist James L. Fullmer Jr. and three other persons were aboard a Beechcraft Bonanza that crashed about eight miles north of Nellis Air Force Base. The plane reportedly hit power lines, exploded, and wreckage blocked Salt Lake Highway near Apex. No injuries to nearby motorists were reported. authorities described crash scene responders and Nellis crash teams at the site.

Passengers Miss Fatal Plunge On Airliner to Dallas
A chartered airliner carrying Lions International delegates to Dallas lost a door at 8000 feet over southwest Missouri. Jerrold Potter of Pontiac Illinois fell from the plane while walking the aisle. The flight continued to Springfield with 22 passengers and four crewmen unharmed. Police feared the missing man could be found days hence after an air search began.

Clark Board Approves Aladdin Casino Deal
The Clark County Gaming and Liquor Licensing Board approved Parvin-Dohrmann Corp to take over operation of the Aladdin Hotel casino on the Strip effective July 1. Albert Parvin and Harry Goldman receive 45 percent each with Norris Goldman holding 10 percent. The Aladdin, built for 16 million, was renovated after Milton Prell purchased it in 1966. Parvin-Dohrmann, a major restaurant supply and interior design firm, has furnished the Mint and Fremont Hotels and most Strip properties.
