Alleged Sniper Ordered Held In Lieu Of Bail
Dennis Denning, accused of firing from a 10th floor balcony into the Vegas Towers parking lot, was ordered held in lieu of $100000 bail after bondsman withdrew. Denning, held at Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital for psychiatric testing, faces two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and marijuana possession. Witnesses said the shooting occurred Monday by the pool and parking area, with at least one man diving for cover.
