Autopsy Not Done On Boies

Eyer H. Boies Elko County Commission chairman and rancher died of an apparent heart attack at his Hubbard Basin irrigation site. The family requested no autopsy and funeral services are planned for Wednesday with burial at Star Valley Cemetery. Boies was 49 and the news drew reactions from Gov. Mite O'Callaghan and Sen. Howard Cannon.
