County Building Values Double in June County figures show sharp rise

Clark County building values for June soared past the previous year with single family homes and duplexes leading the surge. Permits for single family homes totaled 310 with value 14.39 million, while duplexes and apartments brought 59 permits valued at 8.93 million. Demolitions dropped to zero while six month totals surpassed 1976 figures, reaching 159.95 million in new projects.
