DMV Urges Nevada Vehicle Registration by Mail
Carson City director Louis P. Spitz of the Department of Motor Vehicles urges all Nevada vehicle owners to register soon by mail. Fewer than 50,000 of about 230,000 vehicles were registered in four weeks, signaling a heavy surge next four weeks before the July deadline. Those with DMV forms can mail in. only those without new forms need to appear in person.
