In Brooklyn federal court eight men were indicted on 51 counts of conspiracy and mail fraud for a nationwide coupon refund scam. Victims include General Foods, Colgate Palmolive, Lipton’s Tea, Borden’s Milk, Gerber’s Foods, and Campbell’s Soup.
