Hacienda Chief Buys Out Argent for 21 Million

Paul Lowden president of the Hacienda Hotel will buy the property from Argent Corp for 21 million dollars subject to Nevada Gaming Commission approval. The deal uses a promissory note for 57 percent stake via F and G Investment Co and Casino Operations Inc with contingencies including refinancings and possible stock payment if a public sale occurs within a year. Lowden will loan 3.5 million to Casino Operations and maintain current management.

Visitor Finds Human Skull Near Northshore Road
