An all out search was launched yesterday by local lawmen for a 59 year old Phoenix man who was released from Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital. He disappeared after leaving the facility and authorities are pursuing leads in the case.

Sylvester Azbill aged 38 is indicted on two counts by the grand jury and will appear in district court for arraignment today.
Unine SUN Arbill, twice a secretary of state hopeful, was indicted by the Clark County Grand Jury for the murder of his 61 year old wife and arson to ignite a one room fire at their Rancho Circle home. The indictment names murder and first degree arson. Azbill was ordered to appear at arraignment and face a preliminary hearing today.
