LV Man Convicted Of Sexual Assault

A Las Vegas District Court jury found 30 year old Steven Mitchell Augst guilty of one count of sexual assault and not guilty of a second count. He met the victim at a poker game at a downtown Mint Hotel and used a Pepsi bottle in the acts. Sentencing set for January 25 with bail revoked and Augst remanded to county jail.
