UPI reports U.S. District Judge Bruce Thompson dismissed a 1975 suit by former Kings Castle Hotel owner Nate Jacobson claiming state gaming agencies violated his rights. The judge found no evidence of bad faith or lack of reasonable belief by the Gaming Control Board or Gaming Commission, though officials may be liable if acting unreasonably.
