TV Studio Suit Delayed Ruling In Channel 10 Antenna Case
A district court postponed a decision on a preliminary injunction to halt construction of Channel 10 studio and transmitting antenna at Rochelle Avenue and Jeffrey Street. Franz and Linda Haromy allege microwaves from the antenna pose health risks. Judge Pavlikowski said a ruling may come early next week. The suit seeks to bar the Clark County Commission and the Clark County School District from proceeding with building the facility owned by Channel 10.
