Kidnapper in Carson City Cleared to Seek Parole
Carson City Nevada. The Pardons Board voted 43 to allow Joe Lischko convicted in the Las Vegas abduction of Dean Petersen to apply for parole immediately after serving three years and eight months of a 20 year term. Petersen was held for 800000 but escaped before payment. Lischko critics point to no physical harm and a shaky risk record.
