Verdict postponed on shifting church case in Las Vegas
The Las Vegas Board of Zoning Adjustment continued until Jan 22 the Rev. Eda A. Roberts request for a variance to operate a church in a guest house at 701 Casa Grande Drive. Neighbors hired attorney John Manzonni and demand the church move. The board also denied a variance for a day school and child care center in the FBI Building at Eleventh and Bridger. It approved frontages variances at West Fremont and Minnesota and a setback variance for 6205 Lawton Ave for an elderly relative.
