Clark County School Board labor consultant Efroymson blamed late week progress on the teachers for stalling negotiations. CCCTA leader Sanacore and Rathbun countered that the board used delay tactics and that Robran attended as an observer, not a negotiator. Efroymson called for focus on pupil teacher ratio and questioned insurance demands. Sanacore accused the board of stalling and delaying with a minimal proposal.
