Rebellion in Congo Flares Near Paulis and Bunia

Rebels armed by other African states recaptured most of Paulis in northeastern Congo and mass for a strike on Katanga. Reports say aid from Communist China Algeria UAR and Sudan fueled the insurgency as government forces defend Paulis and Bunia near Lake Albert.
