Security Guard Receives 25 Year Prison Sentence
Homer Lee White, 30, was sentenced by Clark County District Judge Joseph Pawlikowski to 25 years in Nevada State Prison for second degree kidnapping and battery with intent to kill. He received consecutive 15 and 10 year terms for the March 1974 assault on Daniel Pape, who survived after being left in the desert nine miles south of Apex.
