Extension Granted in Mullen Perjury Tax Case
Municipal Court Judge Robert Mullen, convicted of seven counts including perjury and subscribing to a false tax return, was given until January 9 to seek a new trial or acquittal. US District Court Judge Roger Foley approved the extension as the defense plans to file post verdict motions.
