Area Councils award Sea Explorer crews in Coronado ceremony
Two Sea Explorer ships received their competition awards from Commodore William Wescomb in Coronado California. Crew leaders Jim Lowman and Richard Pop shared center stage with boatswains Tim Shaw and the other recipient as the ceremony closed last weekend.
Police Arrest Juveniles After City Riot Rumor
Boulder City police rounded up 18 youths aged 14 to 17 for attempting to incite a riot. Several carloads fled. weapons including sawed off bats and pipes with chains were found in cars. All were Las Vegas Pittman or Henderson residents remanded to parents for juvenile court on December 14.

Traffic Fines Hit City Court in Henderson
Henderson Municipal Court issued traffic and drinking fines. Willis W. French paid 150 dollars for reckless driving and red light violations after an accident. Leslie E.
