Sniper's Parents Questioned in Hackettstown Slayings
Emile Benoist's parents were questioned after six victims were killed and the sniper died by self infliction near Hackettstown and Mansfield Township. Prosecutor James Tirtell Jr. said no motive was found. Benoist, a tattooed ex Marine and former amateur boxer, was described as troubled by friends.
