The ruling cited technical defects but left open the possibility to refile a corrected complaint seeking damages tied to a denied license to reopen Kings Castle at North Lake Tahoe.
Gregory A. Rogers and Edward W. Martinez were indicted by the Clark County Grand Jury on 10 counts of kidnapping rape and infamous crimes against nature. They allegedly abducted a 13 year old girl on Owens Avenue July 15 forced her into a car at a 7-Eleven and took her to Sunrise Mountain where she was repeatedly raped for about three hours before being released. One man also faced separate charges of holding up two grocery stores last week.
