Grace H. Lichtenstein a 33 year old New York Times reporter based in Denver was bound over for trial in U S District Court on illegal possession of cocaine. The preliminary hearing was closed by order of defense attorney James Risch and Magistrate George Carey. She was arrested June 11 at Boise Municipal Airport during a preflight security check and pleaded innocent posting 2500 dollars bond. A trial date has not been set.
