Texans Seek to Freeze Sarno Palace Sale Proceeds
Two Texans and a Dallas law firm filed suit in a Texas district court to tie up the $15 million share of Caesars Palace stake held by Las Vegas owner Jay Sarno, plus Doris Day named in the suit. Plaintiffs seek return of $250,000 and $2 million in damages, arguing Sarno misused Cabana funds.
