Westside Project Aims for Independence Center Start Within Year
The Nevada Tuberculosis and Health Association leads Operation Independence a community center planned for Westside on donated Clark County School District land. The project targets education health and youth programs with grants sought from the federal HEW agency and roles for NAACP youth and local committees.
