Auto Accident Toll Is Severe
A Sunday automobile crash near the County Hospital killed Francis Ray and injured two others. Francis Ray died en route to Las Vegas Hospital. Marko Pinjuv died later. George Pinjuv had a broken arm. the other boys were unhurt. Funeral services were held for Francis Ray and Marko Pinjov, with rosaries and multiple pallbearers named.

Davis Jewelry Owner Injured In Vehicle Crash
M. W. Davis proprietor of the Davis Jewelry Store and Union Pacific watch inspector was injured when his car rolled over and caught fire near Baker Thursday morning. He escaped and was taken to Las Vegas Hospital with multiple bruises expected to keep him hospitalized for several days.
