He says he plans to sell his entire property including the White ranch in Nye county as a resort area. If completed this would be the largest sale ever in southern Nye county.
Major railroads including Southern Pacific Salt Lake Oregon Short Line Santa Fe and Brock approve a united tariff into Golifield Tonopah Rhyolite and Beatty Nevada. Los Angeles favored over other western cities with first class rate to Los Angeles Sacramento set at 3.20 from San Francisco and Salt Lake. ICC approval expected by about July 24 to put schedule into effect.
