Dam Day Auto Crash Blamed on DUI Arrest

C E Mills, local barber, released on 2000 bond after being charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor at excessive speed and striking the Ullom car, injuring several occupants. Norman Ullom 11 suffered severe leg injuries and possible internal injuries. incident occurred at Carson and South First streets ending Boulder Dam victory celebration.
