Plane falls in Rio Grande two officers survive
Lieutenant Alfonso B. Johnson and Lieutenant R. Duff Wilson, stationed at a local aviation camp, crashed their plane in the Rio Grande about ten miles southeast of Laredo while flying at 250 feet.
