Arrangements Completed for San Antonio Laredo Soil Survey Teams

A. W. Mangham of the United States bureau of soils returned to San Antonio after two days in Laredo. He arranged eight teams and outfits for a soil survey across eight counties between San Antonio and Laredo and Eagle Pass. The crew will total eight men, start soon, and work six months in squads of two with a camp in each territory, moving toward Encinal and above the coal mines.
