Armstead views big glass plant in Laramie with stockholders

H M Armstead, sole owner of the former Great Western Glass Co, arrived from Denver and met Laramie stockholders. He outlined steps to assess local resources for a plate glass plant, including July preparatory work, engineers and chemists, and a potential permanent operation if resources prove sufficient. Wyoming summer school enrollment grows modestly at UW

At three thirty this afternoon two hundred students registered for the University of Wyoming summer session. By day’s end about a dozen more were expected, with total six week attendance unlikely to reach last year’s 207. Fewer men students than normal, but attendees include teachers from Wyoming and beyond seeking productive vacation study.
