Denver buyers led by Governor Shafroth and Mayor Speer acquire the Argentine Central railroad for 600000 dollars. They plan 100000 dollars in improvements and operate eighteen miles from Silver Plume to Mount McClellan, aiming to boost service atop the mountain.
Mr. Br. M. Morris, back from Albany, says the railroad plans prosper along the line. A large crew works beyond Albany grading and laying track.
