Notice that the Minister approved By-law No 9 to join with other municipalities to indemnify crop owners from hail loss. A special rate of four cents per acre is imposed for 1917 on lands assessable for municipal taxes within the municipality, with certain exclusions. Dated Lynden May 1, 1917.
