Farmers and Merchants Bank files suit against J. B. Loy of Flemington Missouri in Fremont County Wyoming. Petition seeks judgment on a note for 389.88 dollars plus taxes 189.10 dollars interest from April 4 and attorney fees 450.00 with mortgage foreclosure.
