Town Hall Lander Wyoming held a special session approving an ordinance to borrow 145000 dollars for a water works system and to assess 52.50 per lot for sewer along Sixth street blocks 28 and alley, with full council voting aye. A regular session followed December 1 1021 to review finances and address a Lincoln street skating pond complaint.
