Alex Panik of Highway District 8 spoke to residents at Fulton Grange Hall Oaklyn detailing 27 projects for southern Lancaster County to be completed in 15 months costing about 800000. District 8 has 420000000 for major five year upgrades with many routes and by passes slated through 1972 and 1973 including Route 30 widening Hartman Station Road and a Marietta Pike by pass.
