Dairy researchers boost milk polyunsaturated fats in cows
ARS scientists at Blacksburg and Beltsville reported encapsulated safflower oil fed to four milking cows raised milk linoleic acid to 33 percent of fat, suggesting possible production of meat and dairy with higher polyunsaturated fat.
