Lancaster County Poultry Assn Sets Annual Meeting
The Lancaster County Poultry Association will hold its thirty first annual meeting on Thursday February 3 at 7 30 pm in the Farm Creat Building 411 West Roseville Road Lancaster The program includes a regular business meeting director elections for 19 68 67 and by law changes followed by pictures and light refreshments All members are urged to attend and to help guide the organization in the coming year

Crop Management Talk At Blue Ball Fire Hall
About 200 area farmers and friends attended a supper meeting at the Blue Ball Fire Hall hosted by Agrico Chemical Co in cooperation with DuPont Co and Doebier Pennsylvania Hybrids. Agrico agronomist Paul Spencer gave a slide illustrated talk on soil and crop management followed by a DuPont representative on weed control benefits for higher corn yields.
