Penn State Opens Pesticides Research Lab and Center
The Pennsylvania State University unveils a two floor Pesticides Research Laboratory and Graduate Study Center east of campus. The project, costing over 800000 with federal funds under Public Law 8874, expands studies on pesticide ecology and residues and houses a mass spectrometer insect culture and bioassay labs under Dr Donald E H Fieat.
