Lancaster County's 1970 wheat allotment is 43 5260 acres a drop from 49 4930 acres in 1969. ASC Chairman Fred G Seldomridge says notices will be mailed to producers within two weeks with individual farm allotments mailed September 3rd. The plan aims to reduce stocks and align production with national needs affecting prices and diversion payments.
