Budget Is Bare Subsistence Says Secretary Bull
Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Leland H. Bull told a regional meeting of feed millers and dealers that a 33-64 budget is a bare subsistence allowance. He said cuts totaling about 240000 from department spending are planned before June 30, on top of a 100000 reduction from the existing 39 million appropriation, about 20 percent below the Henning plan.
