Redline heads to Indiana to lead Lanark band next season
Ed Redline leaves next week for Indiana after securing a contract to lead a band. He says the Lanark orchestra will be stronger and better than ever on the turf next season. The Lanark electric light system lights up the town for the first time, with new chandeliers and a Masonic ball setting an example. Burglars emptied M Dupuis & Son lumber office in Savannah last Wednesday night, blowing the safe with dynamite and taking about fifteen dollars in silver and some rare coins, with no clues to the culprits.
