Lanark and Shannon men fined after public disturbance
Lanark and Shannon residents, accused of excessive public intoxication last Thursday, were taken to the city jail by Marshals Hastings and Snovel. City Attorney Dick ordered hearings the next morning, fining each man two dollars plus costs. unable to pay, they pledged their Sunday coats as security.
