Local Grand Jury Returns 33 Indictments This Week
A Dawson County Grand Jury met early this week and returned 33 indictments from 47 cases. Nine were "no billed" and five cases passed over. Indictments include Sammy Lopez burglary of a motor vehicle and Peteasquez DWI second offense, with others for possession of marijuana, burglary, assault with intent to murder, murder, and theft among numerous named individuals.
