Conservation Measure Could Save Soil and Rain

Robert Kral, District Soil Conservationist, urges terracing to curb erosion in Dawsoo County. He cites 40,000 acres suitable for terraces and 1,400 miles of current terraces, noting 10 times more are needed to protect land and rainfall.
