Grand jury indicts fifteen counts of marijuana

A Dawson County grand jury returned 35 bills of indictment over two days, including fifteen counts of possession of marijuana. Indictees include Rodolfo Jimenez Barrera Rogilio S Garcia Antonio Zuniga Jr Migual Jimenez Benito Reyna Jr Gary Allan Rodgers Cleatus Dean Scott Robert Craig Newman Gary Van McGee Robert Miller Tim Snell Michael S Lawler James Caldwell Danny Malcom Ogletree Pedro Eugenio Flores. New Oil Venture Designated and Spraberry Producer Completed

Del Mar Petroleum Inc. designated No 1 C. C. Roberts in Dawson County for a 9 200 foot project in the Sulphur Draw field located 1 320 feet from section lines three miles south of Sparenburg and four miles northeast of Martin County production. Gulf Oil Corp No 4 G G Wright Jr and others completed a Spraberry field well in Dawson County producing 28 barrels of oil and 160 barrels of water in 24 hours after acidizing and fracturing the perforated interval. The well lies 2 310 feet from north and 660 feet from west lines of section 8 block 1 J Poitevent survey seven miles southeast of O Donnell.
