Registration opens for spring classes at Lamesa Campus

Year end permits boost city construction in 1982
City records show December activity pushed total 1982 building permits to 1 727 300, well below the 1980 and 1981 totals but boosted by seven December permits including 98 000 for Medical Arts Hospital remodeling funded by a 1 5 million bond. New homes and remodeling projects totaled 55 000 and 22 000 respectively with a 12 000 commercial remodel and a 10 000 relocated home.
