Cotton referendum passes in Dawson County vote
ALCS office manager Eddie Brown says Dawson County supported the cotton funding referendum 1 049 to 207. Ballots counted Wednesday show the issue carried in nearby counties Fisher Jones Scurry Garza Lynn Borden Gaines Yoakum and Terry 2 891 to 1 218. Christmas services planned with festive townspirit as holidays approach Merry Christmas.
