County to weigh remodel of Howard College building

Six collisions mar Lamesa traffic on Thursday and Friday
Lamesa saw twelve vehicles involved in six separate wrecks over Thursday and Friday. Early Thursday two crashes near noon left two drivers with towed cars, Georgia W. Shilling and Carroll Leroy Jarrett, in a Torino and an Oldsmobile. Later incidents included a Derington GMC pickup clash on Lynn Avenue, a K-Bob's lot mishap, and a S. 2nd Street hit-and-run with an El Camino. Friday saw a Mustang and Britt Trucking Ford collide near N.5th and Canyon, and a Western Oil Mack truck incident on Bryan Avenue with a Raul Echavarria Chevy.
